New Speaker: Roberto Lorusso, MD, PhD
Due to productional reasons, there is a change in our program: Professor Jacob Eiffer Møller will be replaced by Professor Roberto Lorusso.
We are honoured to welcome Prof. Roberto Lorusso, an internationally recognised expert in cardiac surgery and mechanical circulatory support. He is Professor of Cardiac Surgery at Maastricht University Medical Centre (MUMC+), The Netherlands, and has made major contributions in the field of advanced heart failure, extracorporeal life support (ECLS/ECMO), and minimally invasive cardiac surgery.
At our symposium, Prof. Lorusso will speak about “Protected Cardiac Surgery: Pre-emptive Use of Temporary Mechanical Circulatory Support in Adult Cardiac Surgery Patients at High Risk for Perioperative Low Cardiac Output Syndrome.”
We look forward to his insights and expertise, which promise to be a highlight of the day.
We will meet you all at a Room with a Zoo on November 29th!
